RENOVATION AND INTERIOR DESIGN OF PRIVATE RESIDENCE
Hidden among the hills on the slopes of Fiesole is Villa M, a building built in the late 1950s, surrounded by a private garden of about 5,000 square meters. The intervention will consist in the complete renovation of the villa in all its parts, its greenhouse and its garden, creating a single large private house.
The project proposes the transformation of the complex both internally and externally and of all its characteristic elements, updating its stylistic features without distorting the elements, substantially modifying the internal layouts to adapt the villa to new living standards by creating large rooms joined together by openings of large dimensions, expanding the spaces and allowing the mix of different environments and different functions.
The garden, object of a new project, will also be equipped with new spaces to live and enjoy such as the large swimming pool, the tennis court, the aromatic garden that envelops all the rooms and the small domestic vegetable garden, which will provide for the daily food needs.
